05 · Reviews
From people already living in the “after”
We lived in the next room for all eleven weeks. Photos every Friday, a clean flat every evening. The estimate didn't move by a single hryvnia.
We only wanted new tiles, but at the survey the site manager found a rotten pipe behind the wall. It went into the estimate straight away, not as an extra halfway through.
We got the keys to a bare concrete shell in March and had the housewarming in July. The furniture fitted the alcoves from the drawings exactly.

What people ask before the survey
How much does the survey cost?
Nothing. The survey and the estimate are free, even if you end up choosing another studio.
Can the price change halfway through?
No. The estimate is an annex to the contract. If you decide to add work, we agree it in writing before it starts.
Can we live in the apartment during the works?
For a cosmetic job, yes — we go room by room. For a full renovation it is better to move out: water and power are off for a few days.
Who buys the materials?
Whatever suits you: we source them at supplier prices or work with yours. Rough materials are always on us.
What is the warranty?
Three years on all work. If a crack or a leak appears through our fault, we fix it for free.
How will I know what is happening on site?
Every Friday we send a photo report to Telegram or Viber: what is done, what comes next and whether the dates hold.
